Daily accountability and weekly reporting of progress. You will submit progress pictures every 6 days and weigh-in every week. You will take measurements every week (abdomen) and every 4 weeks (all body parts). I will tweak your workouts and diet as necessary.

Training commitment: I would recommend based on our discussion-3 days a week for at-least 4 weeks and then 2 days a week-until...

Honesty! Inevitably, you will have WINS and LESSONS (bad days). You MUST be honest with me about your good and bad days and when you “cheat”, fall off, etc. WE are a TEAM and in order for US to WIN…YOU have to be HONEST with me about “where you are” and “what you are doing”!
